Our Leadership Team

  • Amber , Area Manager

    Amber

Hi, my name is Amber and i hold a Diploma in ECEC

I’m sure we have all heard that the first few years of a child life sets them up for their future. I believe that the part we play as educators play in a child’s development lays the foundation for their success in their primary years.

I believe in play-based learning and the importance of creative and inviting learning environments. Contemporary theories and research informed by the Reggio Emilia approach recognise and value the environment as a ‘third teacher’. I strive to create a classroom, full of imagination, curiosity, wonder, love and joy, while encouraging children to advocate for their own ideas and interests.

As an Area Manager, I strive to support all families, children, educators, and visits of our services to feel welcome in our services. I love to chat and have a conversation with everyone I meet.

My passion lies in child development and supporting children in extending on their knowledge and ideas. I use my time to research and further my understanding in children’s psychological development and the reasons behind their behaviour. Guiding behaviours is something that I find extremely important and ensure I am constantly reflecting upon.

  • Margaret, Director

    Margaret

Hi my name is Margaret, I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and I have been working in the sector for almost 14 years, I have been in leadership roles for the past 5. One of my favourite parts of working in early childhood is meeting and working with families and children to help everyone achieve their best in the best way for each individual.

Over my Early childhood career, I have learnt that children are always learning, always exploring, and being a part of that journey and joining them as they discover their world and their own capabilities is amazing. My approach to helping children on their learning and life journey is by joining in and helping to guide them. Also to assist others in joining in and guiding children in their learning journeys in positive ways. I love hearing from our families and want to share in this journey with them and provide the support that I can.
