In my role as the Centre Director, I will ensure that I provide an environment where all families, children and staff feel comfortable and confident to explore, work and play. I am aware of the importance of having respectful and supportive relationships among families and children, this is why I will always encourage families to share and engage in the centres community. In my role I will seek to form strong reciprocal relationships with all stakeholders. I aim to mentor, guide and support my staff to ensure they are providing the best possible Education and Care which in turn aims to provide the best outcomes for children.
